1. Eligibility for Refunds/Returns

  • Returns are accepted for unopened, unused, and unexpired contact lenses in their original packaging.

  • Refunds or replacements will be provided for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted due to hygiene and safety regulations.

2. Timeframe

  • Refund or return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

  • For parcels returned due to courier issues, processing will only begin once the returned parcel reaches our warehouse.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Lost or Undelivered Parcels

  • In cases where a parcel is deemed lost, Eye2Eye Contact Lens Hub will provide a full refund or replacement upon receiving official written confirmation from the courier.

5. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
