1. Eligibility for Refunds/Returns
Returns are accepted for unopened, unused, and unexpired contact lenses in their original packaging.
Refunds or replacements will be provided for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted due to hygiene and safety regulations.
2. Timeframe
Refund or return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
For parcels returned due to courier issues, processing will only begin once the returned parcel reaches our warehouse.
3. Shipping Fees
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Lost or Undelivered Parcels
In cases where a parcel is deemed lost, Eye2Eye Contact Lens Hub will provide a full refund or replacement upon receiving official written confirmation from the courier.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
